We welcome your feedback. If you are happy with our service, leave us a Google review. If you aren't, give us a chance to make it right and let us know what went wrong by emailing email@example.com. Usually, we can resolve the problems you have.
You will notice that most of our negative reviews are due to waiting times or patients not getting what they ask for and most of our positive reviews are from patients who are happy with their doctor. We want everyone to be happy with our service and we all work very hard to make that happen.
However, our waiting times can occasionally be longer than normal for a lot of reasons: We're very popular due to the extended hours, bulk billing service we provide. We offer a same day service for people who fall sick on the day. Sometimes the waiting times are long because we're unable to recruit enough doctors due to complex government regulations. Sometimes we're busier than normal due to the time of day or the time of year or just because people need help when they need it which isn't always uniform.
We try to help everyone that comes to see us. If you can't wait, you can come back later in the day or another day. Just let our friendly receptionists know, they'll be happy to help!
Another problem that sometimes causes problems is that patients ask for drugs that aren't in their best interests. Our doctors want to help you but they won't prescribe something that isn't good for you or won't help you. They'll always offer you an alternative though.
We have positions available for qualified GPs and registrars. We are located in a district of workforce shortage. We provide assistance with finding local schools, transport, accommodation and can provide temporary accommodation on arrival. We can also offer expert taxation advice if required.Townsville is a vibrant, thriving community with a wonderful tropical climate.Townsville is the unofficial capital of North Queensland and is home to James Cook University (including Medical School and Teaching Hospital with a full complement of medical specialists), national sporting teams NQ Cowboys (NRL) and the Townsville Fire (WNBL).Townsville is a short ferry ride to Magnetic Island and a gateway to the Great Barrier Reef with some of the best diving sites in the world.Email firstname.lastname@example.org for more details.
