Receptionists and nurses cannot access your test result details as they are private and must be discussed with your doctor. You will need to come in to see the doctor to discuss your results. (Results cannot be discussed over the phone.) You don't need an appointment for results; you will be booked in to see your doctor promptly. (You can phone ahead to make sure your doctor is on duty.)
